Welcome

It's true, that remastered compilations of Crazy Times by Tha Man appeared on the internet - he approached me with this idea through a music forum many years ago. I was a little surprised when I found out he started using my Three Happy Smileys logo on Facebook in January 2025. But the truth is that I am the creator of the "Where are those crazy times" compilation on my THS blog. It currently contains 203 double CDs - full of electronic music. I started making them in 2007 as an overview of what was happening on the dance music scene in the 80s-90s. The quality of the recordings is varied, because not all tracks come from my collection - but this series is not about quality, which I´d like to ask you to tolerate. The preparation of one volume takes me a lot of time. I always try to get, sort and edit mp3 tags the best I can. Despite checking for duplicate files multiple times, it sometimes happens that the tracks in the collection are repeated. I only own a couple of rare items, singles, etc. in Wave or Flac. Crazy times collection progressed only sporadically because of a lack of my free time. But I have continued to buy more vinyls. I still have a couple of vinyls for sale at home, some of the recordings made it to the last volumes of CT. I have recently reuploaded all volumes on my blog. I received some of them thanks to exchanges and others through rather expensive purchases and ripping vinyls... I'm a big fan of New Beat scene. I am trying to get as many rarities from New Beat as I can, but these cost a lot of money. Therefore, I´m looking for someone who likes New Beat and for whom are only copies to listen to in the music player sufficient. Few years ago I was convinced I already knew everything from New Beat there ist to know, but I was naive   Now I possess many unique unknown New Beat titles in my collection. I'm not a DJ nor a vinyl collector. I´m not a part of the music industry in any way. I only want to explore more from old-school music, but because of a tight budget, I am using this "buy - sell" or "exchange" method. That way, I can also afford more expensive titles that I plan to use in my „Crazy Times“ compilation. I do it for me, for you. I simply love and enjoy it, even though I don´t earn any profit from it. The collection was being created during a time when people still used to help each other on the Internet, when the world was a little more normal and not everything was done for just money and advertising. But CDs "Where are those crazy times" have never been officially released for sale. They can be downloaded on the THS blog for free. If you want to support me in buying a vinyls – your contributions are voluntary, but appreciated. thank you for your support

 I only offered the option to purchase them in the form of a DVD or USB key about twice because the download links did not always work for everyone, but I think that nowadays, when most of us have access to fast internet, it shouldn't be a problem anymore. This compilation is not for sale and its aim is to promote presented projects or authors. Only for real fanatics of music!!!
